Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Trick Bot. We strive to provide the highest quality Discord bot services. Please read our Refund & Cancellation policy carefully to understand your rights regarding premium subscriptions.

1. Digital Service Exemption

Trick Bot Premium is a fully digital service that grants immediate access to exclusive features on the Discord platform. Because digital goods and services are irrevocably consumed upon activation, we generally do not offer refunds once a payment is successfully processed and the premium status is activated on your account or server.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may only be considered under the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Duplicate Charges: If you are accidentally charged twice for the same billing cycle due to a technical error on our end or our payment processor's end.
  • Non-Delivery of Service: If you successfully purchase a premium plan but the features are not activated on your account within 24 hours, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue.

In these eligible cases, you must contact us within 7 days of the transaction. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited back to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

We will not issue refunds for:

  • Change of mind after the purchase is complete.
  • Failure to understand how to use the bot (we provide extensive documentation and support to help you).
  • Bans or suspensions from Discord or our bot due to violations of our Terms of Service or Discord's Community Guidelines.
  • Partial use of a billing cycle.

4. Cancellations

You may cancel your recurring premium subscription at any time through your Trick Bot Dashboard or via the payment gateway portal.There are no cancellation fees. When you cancel a subscription, you will continue to have access to all premium features until the end of your current paid billing period. After that period expires, your subscription will not renew, and your account will revert to the free tier.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund for an eligible reason, please email us at trickbotsupport@gmail.com. Include your Discord ID, the Transaction ID, and a detailed explanation of the issue. Our team will review your request and respond within 48 hours.
