Welcome to Trick Bot. By inviting Trick Bot to your Discord server or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided

Trick Bot provides music streaming, audio filters, and server utility tools for Discord communities. Certain features of the bot, as highlighted on our website, are premium features that require an active subscription ("Premium Plans").

By using Trick Bot, you also agree to comply with Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

2. Subscriptions & Payment

By subscribing to a Premium Plan, you agree to pay the fees associated with the plan, billed on a monthly or yearly billing cycle as selected. All payments are processed securely through our gateway partner (Razorpay). You must provide accurate and complete billing information.No refunds are provided after successful subscription activation. All sales of digital subscriptions are final.

3. Prohibited Usage & Abuse

You agree not to abuse Trick Bot services. Misuse or abuse of our systems will result in immediate suspension. Prohibited behaviors include:

  • Attempting to exploit, reverse engineer, or crash the bot or our databases.
  • Using the bot to stream copyrighted material in breach of local laws or Discord policies.
  • Selling or reselling premium credentials, licenses, or roles illegally.

4. Termination & Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Premium Features immediately and without refund if you violate our Terms of Service, abuse the service, or fail to maintain payments. For normal cancellations, you may cancel your subscription at any time via your dashboard, and your access will remain valid until the end of your current billing cycle.

5. Limitation of Liability

Trick Bot is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranties, expressed or implied, that the bot will run completely error-free or uninterrupted due to dependency on Discord's API and external hosting resources. In no event shall Trick Bot be liable for any indirect or consequential damages.
